Our Services
Inventory Services
We carry out detailed Check In/Inventory, Check Out and Mid-Term inspection reports. All of our clerks are registered with the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) to make sure our high standards are always maintained. We do also offer our Rental Compliance Cover on each inspection which means we will install the relevant smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm on site if it is required.
End Of Tenancy Clean
We conduct thorough End of Tenancy Cleans on behalf of both landlords and tenants. We know how important it is for the clean to be done right for deposit purposes and when preparing for a new tenant so if there are any issues with the clean we have conducted, we will return for FREE within 72 hours to re-clean.
Compliance Certificates
We are here for all of your Compliance Certificate needs for rental properties of all sizes. We are able to carry out the following certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Gas Safety Certificates (GSC). All of our contractors are registered on the Competent Person Register and/or the highest industry standard Governing Body.
Handyman Services
We are here for all of your handyman needs in Surrey, London and Greater London. We are able to provide quotes both in person and via photos. We are also able to carry out jobs of all sizes so please send us your enquiry no matter how big or small the job is.
