Same Day Bookings
Sometimes things change last minute and we make sure that we are there to accommodate those last minute changes. There is no extra charge for a same day booking!
7 Days A Week
We are available 7 days a week, all year round which includes bank holidays and even Christmas Eve!
Quality Contractors
Registration with the relevant governing bodies is not always a legal requirement for contractors but it is a requirement for us! All of our engineers are required to be registered on the Competent Person Register. All of our Inventory Clerks are also registered with the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks.
Rental Compliance Cover
There is often multiple plates that a landlord is spinning and sometimes things can be forgotten. We make sure that the legal obligations to a tenant have been fulfilled. If we notice something in the property that isn’t compliant, we will rectify this on site if we have permission from the Landlord or Letting Agent.
